A: We have a professional export team which have more than 16 years export experience which goods are focus on the home decoration products. And also have our factory which more than 20 years produce experience for door,window and furniture hardware accessories. A:First, from raw material quality we buy the big company which can offer us the certificate, then every time raw material come back we will test them. A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Q: What about the lead time? A: week for sample, mass production time needs 1-4 weeks depends on order quantity. Q: Do you have any MOQ limit? A: Low MOQ, 100pc as sample order is available. Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.Q: How to deal with the faulty? A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 2%.
