Solid state high frequency welder
The solid state HF welder is used for welding the carbon steel and high strength steel pipe(round pipe,square tube, rectangular tube),brass welding, aluminum spacer bar welding, H-beam welding, Finned tube welding, etc.
HF welding equipment is an electrical and mechanical system used to realize HF welding. Hf welding equipment is composed of hf welding machine and steel tube forming machine.There are two welding methods, that is induction welding and contact type welding.
Besides solid state welding machine, there is another important DC motor drive device of ERE tube mill.
The tube mill DC drive cabinet is mainly used for the control of DC motor of tube mill line.
With merits of wide speed regulation, super dynamic performance,it can also achieve
multiple motor linkage.
The pipe mill DC drive cabinet has three series : computer-control stimulation model, full-digital euro drive original model and full-digital euro drive expansion model. For the euro drive model, we adopt American PARKER brand Euro to make sure the quality of machine.
