Features:
1. It is suitable for full-width and strip coating. It adopts domestic or imported coating head, and the amount of glue is accurate; it can be coated on both sides, and it can have composite function.
2. Microcomputer control technology can be used, and the glue spraying rate and production speed can be automatically synchronized;
3. Using advanced sol coating system, or online glue making system, coating while making glue, high-precision double-layer gear pump synchronous control, high-precision coating;
4. The glue making system adopts electric heating system, or heat conduction oil circulation heating, the output system has isolation heat preservation type, or heat medium heating heat preservation type, and the temperature control is accurate;
5. The rewinding and unwinding adopts manual or automatic correction, automatic tension control system; frequency converter stepless speed regulation, synchronous gear belt drive, stable operation.


Application: Suitable for coating and laminating of BOPP, masking tape, kraft paper, double sided tape, label, nonwoven and cloth base material etc.
