1200MM conveyor belt hydraulic c-clamp spot repair vulcanizing press machine
rubber conveyor belt spot splicing repairing machine tools is used for repairing side or middle of rubber conveyor belt. There are various heating plate size for choice. 300x300mm, 200x500mm etc. Customer can just tell us their work needs, so we can customize the machine as per the real work needs. Application method
1. Transfer machine to the repair site.
2. Fill glue in the damaged areas that need to be repaired (see the adhesive part in the vulcanization process of the belt joints, or the demonstration by our staff when the equipment is being tested).
3. Place the frame under the belt and align it with the damaged area.
4. Place the down heating plate just below the damaged area of the belt and then place the upper frame.
5. Press the hydraulic lever until it reaches enough pressure level.
6. Get the first power wire well connected to the electrical control box. Connect the second wire with the electric control box and the upper and down plates.
Note that it corresponds to the sign on the electric control box.
7. Turn on the electric control box and start the vulcanizing repair process.
