MCGS Brand PLC touch screen control pane has a high degree of automation, simple operation and low failure rate, can store the 16 kinds of processing data for different doors. One-touch start + working table automatic entry and exit + regular heating + automatic vacuum laminating.
Shanghai vacuum pump, vacuum speed is140cbm/h ,ultimate vacuum formation is faster, performance is more stable, applied with three air tanks. It takes 4mins to finish one door laminating.
Aluminum row heating technology, auxiliary heating on both sides, uniform heating, energy saving Metal five-sided aluminum row heating + multi-point auxiliary heating + heating under the workbench.
Double side working table, driving by round guide rail, can move smoothly.
Rack is controlled by inverter.
