Filter elements with smooth outer wall types are made from stainless steel powder filter elements through special processing, with a smooth surface and poor ability for impurities to adhere. When the impurities attached to the surface of the filter element reach a certain weight, they will naturally fall off from the outer wall of the filter element, reducing the degree of clogging and thus greatly e×tending the cleaning cycle of the filter element.
Stainless steel powder sintered filter element is a metal microporous filter material processed from stainless steel irregular powder, which can be isostatically pressed, molded, or extruded. It has good permeation filtration performance and high filtration accuracy, as well as certain strength and toughness, and can be used at a high temperature of 450°C. Mainly used in petroleum, chemical, environmental protection and other basic industries as filter materials, porous electrode materials, sound-absorbing materials, shock-absorbing materials, divergent cooling materials, catalysts and catalytic reduction materials, antifreeze and buffer materials

Product features
1. It has high mechanical strength and can be used in high-pressure working conditions without causing deformation and damage to the filter element components and powder materials.
