1.Micro WEDM machine:The minimum can be DK7716 with a stroke of 160*200mm
2.Nonstandard machine: the stroke of X axis and Y axis can be added a certain length,such as DK7725,DK7735,DK7745 and DK7755.
3.Lengthening Y axis WEDM: such as 400*630,500*800,630*1000,800*1200
4.Heightening the column to any scale: the maximum can be 1800mm
5.Various large-taper WEDM machine:from±15°,±30° to ±45°
Specification
1.Configuration:
•Resin sand machine bed
•H level linear guide
•C5 ground ball screw
•The patented waterproof stone guide wheel is a standard feature for the front guide wheel.
•Patented inclined electric cabinet is more humanized
•Patented high frequency technology has the efficiency of 10000mm²/h
•A regulating oil distributor is added to the manual oil pump system,ensuring the lubrication circuits of the wire lead-screw •and the lead-screw of X Y axes arrive simultaneously,and saving oil and time.
•As for the environmental-protection water tray,all sheet metal paint adopts baking finish technology,has strong •adhesion,corrosion resistance and scratch resistance, and not easy to fall off
•The number of screw holes on the work piece holder is increased (for example ,DK7732 is increased to 9 holes) and all the holes are penetrated to facilitate clamping.
