I. Working principle
The working principle of the mud-stone separator is mainly through the motor to drive the linkage shaft of the multi-stage device for regular flipping movement. The roller in the device is equipped with a shaft disc, which is used to move the material forward. The sieve surface is composed of multiple rotating discs arranged in a straight line. There is an equal layout of sieve discs on the roller, which are rotated by the gears to drive the wheel chain. Its rotation direction is the same as the flow direction of the raw material, and there is a gap between the shafts, which is used to determine the size of the separated material. The irregular wear-resistant device embedded on the shaft will hold up the large-particle material and move forward, while the sieve shaft is designed in different operating directions, so that the material begins to operate axially when it converges in a certain place on the sieve surface, thus improving the efficiency of screening. Small particles will fall into the bottom of the separator and be sent out by the belt machine.
For mobile mud and stone separator, it is usually composed of a feeding system, a separation system, a power system, a cleaning system and an electronic control system. The mixture is sent to the separation device through the feeding system. In the separation device, the soil is separated from the stone through the screening of the vibrating screen, and the separated stones and soil are discharged through different outlets respectively.
