Rectification Control Unit Used for Separator SSTM/SSTQ0/GJK Series
There are 6 series for chose.
1. SSTM(Q)-*D Rectification Control Unit (for MC03, MC23, ML1 Separator)
2. SSTM(Q)2-*S Rectification Control Unit (MC03, MC23 alternative used)
This series is designed to control combination of two separators that installed at the same place, timing and alternatively move in and move out the conveyer, holding irons when energized and unloading irons when demagnetized on the upper place, thus can achieve the goal of removing irons automatically relatively even in install place narrow and small.
3. SSTM(Q)-*D1 Rectification Control Unit (for MC12, MC22, RCDD-Q Separator)
4. SSTM(Q)-*D1T Rectification Control Unit (for MC12, MC22 separator + metal detector control)
Considering energy-saving etc., add the metal detector in the complete sets. Measure iron piece by mental detector at the normal condition; make out signal to control separator working certain time in short-term (about 20seconds).
If the metal detector breaks down (or too much iron pieces in materials), artificial supply can be used to change rectification control way into power-on sustaining way.
5. SSTQ0-*D1 Rectifying Control Unit (for MC12 Energy-saving Separator)
Must be supplied with the metal detector in the complete set. Only when the metal detector sends out signs, the separator can be energized to remove the iron articles. This series of products adopt the bridge type rectification way with rectification transformer, energy-saving, and high efficiency.
6. GJK*-*/PLC Rectification Control Unit (for MCOI Ore Self-recovering Separator)
This series control unit consists of rectification program control panel and operational panel.
The program control and the time setting adopt PLC control.
The rectified current is adopt the various transformer branch to change the voltage in the silicon rectification strong and weak excitation way.
It convenient for installation at site, its working performance is reliable and steady.
