The pulse valve diaphragm is an essential component, serving as the crucial air circuit switch within the dust removal system of pulse bag filters. Crafted from high-quality rubber cloth or pure rubber, it boasts exceptional double-sided pressure resistance. This ensures reliable performance and extended lifespan even in the most challenging environments. Its operational temperature and pressure capabilities are determined by its construction materials like glue and fabric, typically functioning between -20~80ºC, and withstands pressures from 0.3to 0.8MPa. For superior performance, fluorine rubber and silicone rubber diaphragms can endure a broader temperature range from -40~220ºC.
