At the initial stage, this substitution is mainly to reduce the amount of slag making salt. The reduction of slag making salt not only saves energy, reduces emissions, but also reduces the cost.
The tilting rotary furnace is composed of tilting rotary host, refractory furnace lining, combustion system, hydraulic system, PLC control system and flue system. Tilting rotary furnace, also known as simple centralized melting furnace, is developed on the basis of fixed shaft rotary aluminum melting furnace and reflection melting furnace. It also absorbs some foreign technologies, such as the operation experience of British rotary furnace. It is their upgraded product, so it has a series of advantages. The purpose of dumping rotary furnace is the same as that of centralized melting furnace. It is suitable for mass treatment of hot slag, cold slag and aluminum slag containing high iron. Compared with the traditional rotary furnace, the operation safety is greatly improved, the service life can be almost doubled, and the recovery rate of aluminum in slag can be as high as 80%, an increase of more than 20 percentage points. The production efficiency of zinc slag treatment by dumping rotary furnace is 50% higher than that of reverberatory furnace, and the working efficiency is really commendable!
