1. The machine is used to produce various PC tube, PC profile, transparent LED lampshade, single color or double color led lampshade etc. Also it can work with PMMA material.

(1) Newly developed online precise cutting technology, one-time cutting online, no need the second time cutting, cutting precision within 0.5mm, cut end neat, chip-less, higher efficiency;
(2) Special screw for PC material, perfect plasticizing, to ensure the finished products without crystallized dot, without pulling mark, without vibration mark, with high light transmittance, and high transparency. Screw made of imported special alloy steel, material never attach on the screw, no black dot during production and no need to clean screw.

(2) AC motor drive, with enough motive power and quite stable in running; Temperature control meter: intelligent type; the precision could reach +/-1 degree; (3) Heating control zone: 7 zone (barrel 4 zone, extruding die 3 zone); According to different extruders.
EXTRUDING DIE AND CALIBRATION MOULD	Special S136H mirror surface steel for dies, the surface of the extruding dies is mirror polished.
VACUUM CALIBRATION TABLE	(1) Stainless steel tank; 3D adjusting machine frame, with 12-way vacuum, 12 way cooling water; (2) circular water cooling tank Provide water to calibration mould Water pump: 0.37KW (3) vacuum pump fixed outside; the whole machine is compact and strong without vibration. (4) Length: 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m for option; (5) Vacuum pressure: 0.01~0.08MPA, adjustable; Vacuum pump power: 2.2KW or 3KW; Vacuum is stable and silent.
SYNCHRONIZED DUAL BELTS PULLING MACHINE	(1) Open-close, up-down adjusting; belt workable length 1 meter, constant stable puller; (2) high wear-resistant foamed surface PU multi-wedge belt; (3) high precision frequency conversion controller; tractor speed 0-15m/minute stepless adjustable. (4) Single motor or double motor available for option; Power: 1.5KW or 2.2KW

A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
