Galvanized steel roof panel.2.Basement: 300mm powder coating galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction. 2 rows of grids with floor filter & 3 rows of checkered plates. 2 pcs of ramps for car enterance.
3.Door: 3 pcs of luxury front doors with 0.8mm thickness colorful steel skin. Size: 3000(w) x 2750(h). 1 pc of emergency door.Watching window with aluminum frame.4.Air Generation System: 2x4kw intake fan, 1x5.5kw exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.5.Burner Heating System: Italy Riello G20 diesel burner, 200000Kcal/h. The heating time 5-7min(20-60°C). Max. temperature at 80°C. Fuel consumption is 4-5kg/vehicle.
6.Infrared Heating System: consists of 10 sets of infrared boxes,each box has a cover with a stainless steel mirror reflector and 3 tubes, total 30 tubes). Infrared Heat radiation have a feature of high penetration, efficient, no noise, pollution free etc.
7.Heat Exchanger: Two layers of heat exchanger made of stainless steel. The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.8.Lighting Fixture: Ceiling light has 24 pcs of 16w LED lamps. Side light has 16 pcs of 16w LED lamps.9.Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.10.Pollution Control System: Multi-layer fiberglass filter.
Infarared spray booth doesn't have air pollution when baking,so it is environtmental friendly. Our infared spray paint booth is very safe,because our spray booth has safety control device. If you don't open the cover of infared box,the infared tubes won't be working.

Q2. How to pack the products?A: Generally, we pack our goods by thicker bubble paper, some of them are packed by carton. Q3. What is the terms of payment?A: By T/T, 30% as deposit for production, and 70% balance before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. Q4. What is the terms of delivery?A: Normally our quotation is under FOB Guangzhou, but we also accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU. Q5. How about the delivery time?A: Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving full payment. If your voltage is different from 380V/3PH/50Hz, thedelivery time will be around 20 days for custom-made motors or electric components. Q6. Can you produce according to the technical drawings?A: Yes,we can.Actually we are professional in customized order.
