Heat pipe pressurized solar water heater is a pressurized solar heating system. System adopts heat pipe evacuated tubes as absorbing collector. High efficiency heat pipe vacuum tube absorbs solar energy from sun and heat pipe transfers heat to the condenser end by its aluminum fins. Condenser indirectly contacts with tank water through a copper cap of tank and it boils water by releasing heat gained from vacuum tube.

Outer tank steel material in galvanized steel with PVDF coating, Basement steel is with higher Zinc coating galvanized steel. High resistant against acid and alkali.Inner tank steel material in SUS304-2B food grade stainless steel, its. thickness is 1.2mm, thicker than industrial standard for long life time and high pressure.Outer tank cover is fixed to tank body by aluminum rivet to avoid fall off by expansion of insulation by hot and cold effect.All fittings welding technical in arc-argon machine, it is no damage to steel material.Flange Screw for fixing the tank to frame are well protect to the tank and strong fixing ability.Bracket support thickness is 1.5mm galvanized steel with powder coating. All bar and tube hold are thickened to enhance the anti-wind purpose.All possible functions are considered for tank.ank functions are included PT valve, vacuum vale, cold water inlet (with one way valve ), hot water outlet, Magnesium bar, electric heater, sensor port (design for controller). If there is any special request from customer ,we will check with our engineer to see the possibility .Optional controller is available
Compare to non-pressurized solar water heater , heat pipe pressurized solar water heater is advantage as below :Take pressure from tank directlyTube design with heat pipe conduct heat better than tube with water directly contact.One tube broken ,the non-pressurized solar water heater tank will useless for water flow out from broken tube, but heat pipe pressurized solar water heater can work still.
