TPS22965x-Q1 is a small, ultra-low RON single channel load switch with controlled conduction function. The device contains an N-channel MOSFET that can operate in the input voltage range of 0.8V to 5.5V, and supports the maximum continuous current of 4A. The rise time of VOUT is configurable, so the surge current can be reduced. TPS22965-Q1 and TPS22965W-Q1 devices include a 225 Ω on-chip load resistor for fast output discharge when the switch is closed.
TPS22965x-Q1 device adopts space saving 2mm × 2mm 8-pin WSON small package (DSG0008A) with integrated heat sink
