What is abs granules ?
Plastic ABS resin is currently the largest production, the most widely used polymers, it will be PB, PAN, PS of the various properties of the organic unity, both tough, hard, rigid balance of excellent mechanical properties.ABS is acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene terpolymer, A on behalf of the acrylonitrile, B on behalf of the butadiene, S on behalf of the styrene.
As a result of the three components, and gives it a very good performance; acrylonitrile gives ABS resin chemical stability, oil resistance, a certain stiffness and hardness; butadiene to make its toughness, impact and cold resistance has improved; styrene to make a good dielectric properties, and presents a good processing properties.

Injection molding process of abs granules :
1. Plasticizing temperature: The plasticizing temperature range of ABS flame retardant materials is usually between 180-240°C, the specific temperature needs to be adjusted appropriately according to the complexity of the product.
2. drying treatment: due to the large hygroscopicity of ABS plastic, it must be fully dried before injection molding to reduce the impact of moisture on the material properties. Drying time is generally 2 hours, temperature control at 80-90°C.
3. Improve the fluidity: If it is necessary to improve the fluidity of ABS flame retardant materials, it can be achieved by increasing the material temperature, mold temperature or changing the water intake level.
4. Mold cleaning: When molding heat-resistant grade or flame-retardant grade ABS material, the mold should be cleaned in time to prevent the residual plastic decomposition material from causing the surface of the mold to become bright and affecting product quality.Application range
