1. Folding roller is used double air valve structure, material is hard-wearing nylon.2. Transverse paper-cutting type: the upper roll cutter is 45#steel, surface is coated by hard Cr.upper blade is 1 integral high speed- steel fixed cutter front and back. Material is SKD-II, hardness HRC 58~60;Underside blade are 3 integral high-speed cross cutters , hardness HRC 60~62;3. Circular blade:there are 2pcs blade each front and back side.4. Edge embossing unit: underside cylinder is bearing steel, hardness HRC 58~60,coated hard Cr.34edge embossing each front and back side. Material is bearing steel.5. Main frame is panel structure, thickness is 50mm.
Transmission:1.Transmission are all by gear and simultaneous belt.2.Folding roller,cutter roller etc.Control Unit:1.Adjusted speed by inverter. PLC controlled and touch screen are famous brand.2. Counting system:electric eye induction, set up by touch screen, count by the left and right dislocation unit or ink unit.3. Jogging button and emergency button installed on machine4.
