The HQC Large Rolling Hard Case is a good value. The interior foam is plentiful and in different layers for very custom configurations. I am using this case for two Radio Control transmitters and various accessories. The case is deep enough that I can store the transmitters at the top level of foam and store other items at the bottom level of foam.
I bought this case to store my telescope eyepieces which are very expensive and very susceptible to "bumping around". It is a little bigger than I envisioned, but (as it turns out) just the right size for all my "stuff". It seems to be made well. The "cubes" remove and "form-fit" quite well, and the rollers (which I thought would just be in the way) actually keep the case off the ground when I take my scope out for public viewings. All in all, this is a nice case for the money. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to keep their valuable things protected against the invariable disasters that always seem to happen sooner or later.
If you're looking for a nice quality low cost case that looks good and protects what's inside then this is likely the case line for you. I purchased this because I was looking for a nice case to carry my small R/C helicopter in (Eflight MCPX). This case did the trick with it's easily used pick-n-pluck foam. Also the case quality is significantly higher than similar looking cases that you may see at say Harbor Freight.
I was able to cut out the foam and place 2 pistols, ammo and some cleaning items inside the case. It works perfect! I will be ordering more as i need them!
I fit all my telescopes accessories in it and love the wheels. It always amazes me that people expect a top of the line tough, waterproof and the finest hardware on a case of this size for the price. This case is worth every penny I paid for it and then some.
Sturdy, well-built, easy to customize and solid, I feel like my equipment is safe and sound in this case and if it were dropped or thrown, my gear would be fine and not suffer any damage. Great case - great deal!
