Equipment Introduction :
This N95 Foldable Mask Making Machinery is applicable to the full-automatic production line for N95 (KN95) mask production,The equipment cooperates with each process through positioning system and tension system. In order to meet the market demand, the mold can be simply changed to adapt to the production of various 95 masks.The whole machine is composed of material rack part, nose line group, nose line cutting group, one-time forming group, ear belt welding group, folding group, edge sealing group, mask cutting group, discharge group, waste collection group, etc. it is controlled by PLC, powered by servo motor, and finished by ultrasonic welding. N95 Mask Manufacturing Machine consists of the following equipment: Six layer raw material loading mechanism, nose bridge & embossing process, coding (optional or laser marking as required), welding ear belt process, cost cutting & waste disposal process.
Raw material loading (four or five layers of cloth shall be placed according to the product requirements) → pushing nose bar → body knurling → coding (code spraying or laser marking shall be selected according to the demand) → left and right ear belt welding → folding → edge sealing → finished product cutting → finished product discharge.
