Harmless Treatment Equipment
1. Conduct surface treatment of the diseased livestock carcasses in the wetting preparation room. Treatment methods include: pool soaking or ultraviolet rays, etc. Divide the common diseased livestock carcasses, and then prepare for wetting. For the carcasses of livestock with major epidemic diseases, do not divide them, but prepare the whole for wetting.
2. Use the transport vehicle to transport the diseased livestock carcasses or carcass pieces that are ready for wetting into the wetting machine, close the machine door, and at the same time close the manual interlock, and inject 0.3Mpa compressed air into the machine door sealing ring to seal the wetting machine. Then, check whether all the valves of the wetting machine are completely closed. After checking and confirming that there is no error, turn on the power supply of the distribution box, set the wetting temperature through the temperature controller (generally around 150°C), and then inject steam into the wetting machine. At the same time, open the exhaust valve. About 3 minutes later, the cold air in the machine is discharged. Close the exhaust valve for wetting. Under the high pressure of 0.55Mpa and the high temperature of 150°C, after a period of time, the wetting is completed (the wetting time should be adjusted by the operator according to the size and quantity of the treated materials in the machine). At this time, it is necessary to first open the silencer valve of the deodorizer, and then open the exhaust valve of the wetting machine to relieve the pressure. When the pressure is released to below 0.02Mpa, close the exhaust valve and stop the pressure relief.
3. Gradually open the valve between the wetting machine and the oil-water separator, and put the oil-water mixture after wetting into the oil-water separator, and then close the valve and let the oil-water mixture stand for more than 1 hour. Open the exhaust valve of the wetting machine again to release the pressure in the wetting machine completely. Then, open the manual safety interlock, open the machine door, and transport the residue after wetting out.
4. One hour after the wetting is completed, open the water drain valve of the oil-water separator to discharge the wastewater. When the oil-water boundary line is 1cm lower than the oil drain port, close the water drain valve.
5. Open the oil drain valve of the oil-water separator, and let the separated oil flow into the container for storage and sale.
