YD-800/YD-801 high-density and high-strength calcium silicate insulation board
It is a high-density and high-strength calcium silicate board specially developed for the non-ferrous metal industry, with a density of 800-1000kg/m3. It has characteristics such as no asbestos, high temperature resistance, high strength, low thermal conductivity, resistance to metal liquid infiltration, good thermal shock stability, and excellent mechanical processing performance; It can conveniently cut and process various precision components in factories, widely used in non-ferrous metal smelting, steel industry, casting industry, mirror making and other glass deep processing industries. In addition to its own insulation, its non aluminum and aluminum liquid erosion resistance characteristics have been greatly utilized.
There are two types, namely glass fiber reinforced (YD-800) and carbon fiber reinforced (YD-801).
According to the user's needs, provide the required size specifications of the board, and can also process various irregular parts according to the drawings.

3. Ladle insulation board, automotive glass mold, dropper, hot top ring, guide pipe, float, adapter plate

General packing is paper-board carton ande polybag inside avoiding moisture.
Rain proof and moisture proof during transportation ,handled with care.
Storage areas should be flat and drying.
Protective clothing, dust mask and glovers for site operation.
