Clear series products are mainly composed of pure calcium silicate,quartz sand and natural plant fiber,processed by advanced slurry-flowing technology or beater-addition process,and treated with inorganic cementitous technology, which greatly enhances the interaction among calcium silicate matrix, natural mineral additives and plant fiber.The high-strength light weight substrate is treated by high-temperature and high-pressure fumigation and strict sterilization technology,with the surface sand milled,coated and solidified for several times by the imported CNC production line. The innovative building material coated by high grade fluorocarbon paint is 100% free of asbestos, formaldehyde, benzene or other harmful substances, characterized by crashworthy, wind resistant, ultraviolet radiation resistant, wearproof, scratch proof, chemical corrosion resistant, easy to clean, radiationless , fire retardant, static proof and damp proof. All these outstanding features enable it to be widely used in inside and outside wall decorations of buildings, so as to improve the construction quality and enhance the building's heat preserving, sound insulating and waterproof performances.Moreover, due to the unique physical and chemical propertiesof the material, it also finds wide applications in kitchens, bathroom, underground, tunnel, civil air defense and such places with relative severe environment, as well as patients' rooms, operating rooms, clean rooms, sterile rooms, laboratory and such areas with high requirements upon the environment. Yes, 1-2 samples will be free but the express freight will be collected.
Q2: How long does it take to make a sample?
Normally, it takes 3-5 days to make it.
Q3: Do I need to pay deposit when contract is done?
Yes, 30% deposit within 3 working days is required. Our delivery time is based on the date that your
deposit is already on our account.
Q4: Can you provide OEM service?
Yes, we can. It will depend on your requests; your logo will be customized on our products.
Q5: Packaging and shipping
Normally we packed by wooden pallet, outer is MDF protective sheet and steel packaging tapes.
