NVMPG-3D RJ45 Port CNC Manual Pulse Generator MPG Coordinates Display Handwheel with USB MACH3 Interface BoardProduct Description Description:- Manual Pulse Generator named NVMPG-3D. This MPG has a screen,and 10 buttons. The coordinates and some other parameter are displayed on the screen.- And user can change axis and rate by the buttons. There are also few other functions e.g. ZERO/ GOTO0/HOME on the buttons.- The encoder of NVMPG is the same as general MPG. but the choice of axis and rate use USART port instead of general port.- There are 2 mode of terminal: open wire and RJ45 port. This is the RJ45 port version.( Open wire version SKU: 52411 )- Tips: RJ45 port mode is only compatible with NC200Specifications:- Version: RJ45 port- High performance- 2.2" TFT Screen- 10 buttons- Voltage 5VDC- 8 wire control line- 6 axis coordinates /RESET/FRO/SRO/SJR/SPINDLE are display on the screenConnection interface definition:NVMPG-3D has 8 wires connected to CNC system, the definition of NVMPG USB MACH3 interface board:- Control 6* stepper motor operation at the same time- With 5CH programmable input interface, can be configured to limit the emergency stop function.- With 3CH programmable output interface, can be configured for water cooling, fog and cold, and other peripherals are charged.- With the 1 serial port hand vein MPG interface.- Spindle PWM output control.- Support MACH3 software- USB interface, support MACH3 software.- Maximum 200K stepper motor control pulse output, suitable for most of the machine system needs.- Complete simulation of parallel port, the output port, all input and output pins can be freely configured.- Built-in interpolation algorithm, the actual operation is better than the parallel simulation Package Contents:- 1 x Manual Pulse Generator- 1 x Interface board- 1 x Cable SizeDetail PhotoFAQ FAQ Q1.
