Two-piece molds and segmented mold.
Especially for Agricultural tire mold, OTR tire mold, giant OTR tire mold, Bladder mold, Tube mold, Flap mold, ATV tire mold,PCR tire mold,etc.
3.Question : What's the fabrication time for the mold?
Normally, for segmented tire mold and other small tire molds, the fabrication time is 45-60 days.
About big farm tire mold and giant OTR tire mold, the fabrication time is approx 70-90 days.

Meanwhile, all of the molds will be double inspected according to the drawings to guarantee every part is same as drawing. Then we send inspection report and photos for customers' checking before shipment. All of our molds will be guaranteed at least one year
