This wet type peanut peeler machine is mainly used for peeling the soaked peanut red skin.Which is mainly used for peeling before the production of peanut milk (milk), peanut candy and peanut dew, and can also be used as pre-squeeze peeling treatment for oil production of large peanut oil mill. After peeling, the peanuts are not broken, the color is white, the surface is not brown, and the protein is invariant. It can be used in combination and is suitable for processing all kinds of peeled peanuts.
Features:
This skin peeler machine adopts high standard pure soft rubber wheel, which can easily and gently remove the almond skin. Working Principle:
Pour the soaked peanuts, broad beans, soybeans and almonds into the hopper, and shake the raw materials into the rotating rubber wheel fixed by the three power rollers. Through the action of the induction strip and the feeding wheel, the raw materials are fed by the blades on the knife holder. The outer skin is cut, and then the peeling wheel presses the peeled peanuts, broad beans, soybeans and almonds into the hopper and discharges them in the hopper. The outer skin is pulled out through the suede wheel.
