The quality warranty period is 12 months from the date the shipped commodity arrives at the port of destination, excluding physical damage. During this guarantee period, we will provide you with replacement fittings at no cost. However, please return the damaged fittings via courier at your expense before we send the alternative parts. After the warranty period, any fittings that need repair or replacement will be your responsibility and will be reasonably charged.

As it can be challenging for our engineers to provide on-site maintenance, we offer extensive online support. This includes technical assistance via email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax for issues related to installation, operation, adjustments, maintenance, and more.

For issues that cannot be resolved through our online support, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineers to assemble, maintain, or adjust the machine on-site, you will need to assist with visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and arrange accommodation for the duration of the service trip.
