When compressed air enters the high-pressure chamber (2) of the annular air knife through the air inlet (1), the air flow is sprayed out along the side wall (4) of the annular air knife at an ultra-high speed through the small nozzle (3). A powerful vacuum zone (5) is generated in the back. The high-speed jet of air pulls a large amount of air around the air knife and jets it to the other side of the air knife, thereby generating a powerful 360-degree sweeping force. This uniform and powerful air flow The oily dirt, water and other impurities on the material (6) passing through the air ring can be blown continuously and stably.
The magnification of RAW airflow is 40:1, and the high-flow airflow it produces can provide cooling and drying on all sides of the product. The 360-degree circular structure can produce a stable, powerful airflow wrapped around the side of the object, so that all water and oil can be removed. Used for drying, dust removal, oil removal, water removal and liquid removal, etc.

- Cooling molds or castings
- Cool continuous length parts such as metal wires, wires, hoses, pipes, etc.
- In the process of removing the material in the radial conveying process, the dirt passes through to provide an ideal drying solution for pipes, cables, extruded materials, wires, rulers and water pipes.
