Type WCS-1 Rapid-setting Additives is a kind of special admixture for causing white portland cement or concrete products fast hardening and improving the efficiency of demould.
Rapid-setting Additive for White Portland Cement (Type WCS-1) is mainly used in making white cement products or mortar for example GRC cement brick, cement board, cement tube, craftworks, europe style decorative products, concrete pallet and brick, painting, etc. WCS-1 can cause the white portland cement or concrete products rapid-setting, fast-hardening, early demould. WCS-1 is also used in other ordinary construction. It can be suitable for Portland Cement series.
When getting suitable ratio of several materials, the demould time is about 30 to 60 minutes, or more short.

Recommended Mixed Quantity: 3.0 to 10.0% of cement weight;
Recommended Mixing Water Requirement: 0.25-0.30

Mixing Time of several materials: not less than 3 minutes
