1. How can I start my custom order?
Re: First pls send your custom design to us,then we can give you our price based on custom size and techniques.If you think our price is good, then we can deal.
2. Should I pay mold cost again once I re-order same design?
Re: No you don't need to pay re-order design mold again, we can keep your mold around 5 years.
3. What is your custom order sample time and mass production time?
Re: For sample time we need 6-8 days, mass production time we need 12-15 days.
4. Can you provide custom packaging?
Re: Yes we can provide custom packaging as well, packaging can have your own logo.
5. How can you send order to my address?
Re: Usually we use air express services to delivery order to you, such as DHL,UPS,Fedex,TNT.We also can delivery by ocean,train or truck if your country have service like them.
6. Will my customs duties/taxes be included in your quotation?
Re: Sometimes we can provide delivery service like it, but most of time if the order package is small, the customs duties/taxtes should be paid by yourself,but we can help you pay less if you need.
