PNGS Series Large Diameter HDPE PP PVC Plastic Pipe Shredder Machine
Applications:
PNGS series pipe shredder is suitable for shredding PE, PP, PVC pipes, and profiles which diameter is <1200mm and length is <6000mm. Working principle: Put the material into the feeding trough and then push the material to shred by hydraulic pushing device.After the shredder, the conveyor transports the shredded material into a crusher for secondary crushing.

2. The frame is combinational structures, made from precision machined extra-thick sheet, slewing axis is forced, Lange-angle, hexagonal prism, the hopper is large-caliber and substantial, so good-sized material is practicable.
3. Revolving knife is designed and processed particularly in thickness, shape.
4. PLC control system, forward and reverse operate and stop automatically can protect the machine when the materials is too big and much. Operate safely, low-speed running, low noise, little dust.
