Product Introduction
The vacuum forming molding machine is used to make 2-3mm acrylic into flat, curved, and spherical characters, fonts, and light boxes. The large vacuum forming machine consists of a starting balance device, a vacuum pump, 8 air cylinders, and 12 heating tubes.
The vacuum molding machine supports three processing modes: single suction, single pressure and simultaneous suction pressure. Different modes can bring different forming effects.
Product Features
1. The upper and lower tables of the vacuum molding machine are made of square steel, and the main fixture is made up of 63 channel steel, it is strong, and won’t get deforming. The fixture is adjustable, and can support customization.
2. The upper table and the lower table of large vacuum forming machine are controlled by 4 cylinders separately. The upper table can be raised by 700mm and the lower table can be sunken by 300mm, providing the space required for the production of light boxes.
3. This vacuum molding machine is equipped with a temperature controller. After setting the heating temperature, 12 high-power heating tubes can quickly soften the acrylic and plastics sheet. The large vacuum forming machine is also equipped with a timer, it can set different heating times according to the thickness of materials and ambient temperature.
4. The vacuum molding machine support 3 processing modes. The single suction mode only needs to customize the male-mold, and the processed corners are rounded; the single pressure mode and the simultaneous pressure suction mode need to customize the female-mold and male-mold at the same time, and makes the characters more vividly.
5. The body of vacuum forming molding machine is equipped with 3 suction holes. There is no need to open 3 holes at one time, the corresponding suction holes can be opened according to the processing format, and it can save much energy when forming.
6. It adopts starting balance device to ensure the smooth running of the machine.
7. The vacuum forming molding machine adopts a remote control handle and simple operation. There are no special requirements for the operator, and user can get started with a little training.
8. The three-phase power supply of the vacuum forming machine for sale is equipped with special indicator lights, it’s convenient for observing when the phase is missing.
