Vertical dehydrator is mainly the use of screw, push up, separation dehydration, automatic feeding, discharging and other one-time completion of the process, defeeding can reach more than 1 ton, especially the characteristics of automatic feeding and discharging work instead of manual discharging and manual discharging shortcomings, easy to operate, save manpower, improve work efficiency, is the current domestic and foreign dewatering and drying equipment.
Brief introduction of functions:
1. The whole machine is made of stainless steel 304.201, with strong anti-corrosion and anti-acid properties, beautiful appearance and long service life.
2, the body thickness is 2MM, the screen thickness is 4MM, the feeding blade thickness is 4MM, the screen is semi-closed design, the use of lotum-plated screws anchoring, easy to clean and change the screen. The mesh can also be standardized according to the actual material;
The machine covers a small area, easy feeding and discharging, long material travel from the inlet to the outlet, large inner tank rotation radius, strong motor power, can be used independently, more suitable for the assembly line operation of complete cleaning equipment.
4, the rotating part adopts NSK imported bearings, the oil seal is Taiwan TTO, and the oil storage tank is designed, which has automatic refueling function during the operation of the machine to ensure that the machine is durable.
