DEVELON DX210 Excavator Optional Items
The DX210 excavator can optional different tools for different work, the optional item including the crushing hammer, 800mm wide tracks, an extended boom and a rock bucket. The main function of excavator crushing hammer is to crush and demolish all kinds of building materials and rocks. It is commonly used in mountain opening, road crushing, house demolition, bridge demolition, mine crushing stone and other working conditions operations. The extended arm increases the working radius, digging height and digging depth of the excavator, which meets the needs of the excavator in specific working conditions.
Rust Prevention For Excavator
Some parts of DEVELON DX210 excavator easy damage and rust when transport at ocean, such as hydraulic cylinder, some lamp etc. In order to protect these parts well, we have added the protect cover for these parts and spray wax avoid the rust issue. To be sure make the excavator exterior looks well and not influence the sale, we have cover the waterproof tarpaulin for whole excavators. See the following pictures:


Packaging & Shipping
The excavator shipment via different vessel, such as container flat rack vessel, bulk cargo vessel etc. Regardless of what ship excavators transport via, we take good care of rust prevention, and here are the advantages and disadvantages of these types of ships:
1. Bulk cargo vessel: This type vessel freight cost is very low than others, but the timeliness is very poor and often delay. The good thing is that there are very many of these vessel to choose from.
2. Container flat rack vessel: This is usually the vessel of choice when a bulk cargo vessel is not available. Its timeliness is very accurate and the transport is fast, the only disadvantage is that it is very expensive.

This pictures is from our Suriname customers, he had bought this excavator from us on 2018 year. Till now his excavator no big problems, only change some fast moving parts. The customers mainly business is clearing the river, so we equipped his excavator with an extended boom to better excavate the silt at the bottom of the channel. In addition, taking into account the working environment of the customer's excavator, the exterior paint is also specially equipped with an optional antirust and anticorrosion coating to further improve the service life of the excavator.
