Application:

Silicone Rubber Injection Moulding machine is suitable for making all kinds of rubber and silicone products, such as rubber gasket, sealing, silicone rubber nipple etc. It is mostly suitable for high quality requirements, complex shape, thick wall and these products with embedded parts.

Features:
Silicone Rubber Injection Moulding machine mainly consists of heating plate , oil cylinder , piston , automatic PLC cabinet , automatic pull and push mold and out in device , automatic ejection device .
It can not only automatic inject the rubber into the mold and automatically mold closing and opening , but can also push and pull the mold automatically , meanwhile it can also knock the mold out for easy working.
1. Injecting rubber after the mould being block, high moulding pressure in inner cavity of the mold, high density construction of products.
2. High speed open and close molds, high production efficiency, low blocking speed, protect mold.
3. Automatic in and out mold and ejector device, low labor strength.
4. Optional normal valve or proportional valve,matching-advanced oil way,reduce energy consumption.
5. The electric system adopt PLC programming control,which is easy to be operated.
