Machine Function & Character: The whole machine is with timing belt controlling system. This machine is mounted with two-color water printing ink system, use professional color printing anilox sting ink roller, which can print various beautiful logo or patterns. The printing unit adopts flexible printing. The printint plates can be changed accroding to customers' requirement, easy for changing and operation. Jumbo roll is fed into smooth compress unit through timing belt and then fed into embossment unit after smooth compressing and color printing. Among jumbo roll, smooth compressing and embossing, they are all equipped with tension adjusting unit. With electrical auto counting unit, can count the napkin papers qty according to different requirements, then dislocation row of output, easy for packing. Can do with 1/4 or 1/6 or 1/12 and other different shapes napkin paper, cutting through the band saw blade, the band saw blade can do with auto sharpening. Our workshop:
