The price of this equipment is for a complete set of brand new imported original products.
The extraction device of the Trane three-stage centrifuge is a complex system, as the unit is in a negative pressure state. Its function is to promptly remove air and non condensable vapors from the system. According to its functions, it can include the following subsystems: refrigeration subsystem, extraction chamber, extraction subsystem, carbon box, and regeneration system. The composition of these subsystems and their components is shown in Figure 4 EarthWise ™ This is indicated in the layout diagram of the exhaust device. Specifically, the exhaust device includes but is not limited to the following components:
The liquid temperature sensor in the suction chamber is used as the temperature sensor for the chiller control system.
The temperature sensor for operating the exhaust chamber is only available for the subsequent installation of the exhaust device in the unit.
DynaView control panel and main processor (only available for subsequent installation of exhaust devices in the unit).
Dry filter.
Liquid level sensor.
Compressor suction temperature sensor.
Carbon box temperature sensor.
Expansion valve.
Evacuate the current limiter.
Evacuate the solenoid valve.
Exhaust solenoid valve.
Exhaust pipe pressure relief device.
Regenerative solenoid valve.
Cable holes for connecting pipes of the condenser of the chiller unit.
Gas and liquid interfaces from the chiller unit.
There are three types of pumping modes: automatic, manual, and adaptive.
The control systems are UC800 and CH530.
