Channel type drying system features 1.High thermal efficiency, it is the most advanced chips drying equipment in the world,equipped with automatic operating system, moisture content online detection device, fire extinguishing and explosion-proof device, with high efficiency and energy saving, high automation, simple operation, stable operation, uniform moisture content of chips after drying and other advantages. 2.The preheating device will blow the chips entering the system, so that the chips and hotair are fully mixed, At the same time, the impurities such as high density wood, sand and stone, nonferrous metal are pre-sorted and discharged through the discharge system. 3.The emergency discharge system is used to discharge the chips that enter the system through the rapid discharge device when the dryer breakdown, so as to avoid further losses caused by entering the subsequent equipment.
