Product features

4. The feed of the grinding wheel holder and the reciprocating motion of the worktable are driven by a servo motor through a gapless elastic coupling to move high-precision ball screw, which has the characteristics of low resistance and high precision.
5. The feed guide rail of the grinding wheel rack adopts a cross shaped roller rigid guide rail, which has the characteristics of strong rigidity and low resistance.
6. The spindle of the machine tool grinding wheel holder adopts a sleeve type structure, which has the characteristics of strong rigidity and large bearing capacity.
7. The workpiece head frame motor is directly connected to a private server motor.
8. The correction grinding wheel device adopts a front mounted design, and the diamond pen is linked through the X and Z axes to achieve the correction of the outer circle of the grinding wheel.
9. The machine tool has a fully automatic function, which can achieve automatic feeding, automatic trimming, and automatic compensation during grinding.
10. The machine tool grinding cooling system is equipped with a magnetic separator to ensure sufficient separation of grinding ash and coolant.
