Kehan Full Automatic Algae Salvage Ship / Seagrass Collecting Harvester/Seabed Plant Harvesting Machine can remove aquatic plant from sea bottom completely, including the root. It's equipped with a hobbing cutter to dig sand and aquatic plant from the seabed. The aquatic plant will be collected by the front chain belt and stored by the back chain belt. When the back chain belt is full, the machine will sail to the bank or some barges to discharge the aquatic plant out.
How the harvesters work?
1.The full automatic aquatic weed harvester is used to cean the aquatic weed, water hyacinth , reed floating garbage etc.
2.The collecting cabin could move up and down by the hydraulic lifting system . It will be adjusted according to the collecting depth. Front collecting cabin , middle collecting cabin anf rear collecting cabin are all conveyed by stainless steel conveyor belt .
3.It can remotely controlled in the operation cabin including the manigation , collecting water weed , collecting floating trash and unloading job .
4.All the gathering , collecting , draining , and unloading work are fully automatic . The efficiency is very high , which is tens times of man power.

For dredgers in small size we could ship it in containers. But for large one, we will tranport it in bulk. That is why the dredger structure has to be dismantled. After arriving work site, we will send engineers to install and adjust it.
Julong always has various dredgers, aquatic weed harvesters etc. in stock. Spare parts are available too. Thus the delivery time can be shortened.
Q3:What is the delivery time?
Generally, the delivery time shall be within 50 days after receiving the deposit here. But at the moment we have 12inch and 18inch dredger in stock. The delivery time for them will be asured within 30 days.
