Features
1)Two head stone CNC Router with two spindles, can process two workpiece at same time. The machine has a switch, you can turn on one spindle, you can also turn on two spindles for simultaneous operation. Improve working efficiency.
2)The bed is made of a thick steel pipe and processed in a high temperature way avoid deformation, thus the bed has good rigidity and high strength.
3)The machine is equipped with imported square linear guides with high accuracy, can withstand a large load and provides a long service life.
4)The table is a water tank with a cooling system. The table surface is coated with an aluminum profile with T- grooves to protective plastic.
5)X Y axis use helical gear rack to increase the traction.
6)The dust-proof cover is installed on the X, Y, Z axis, which prevents stone chips and cooling water falling onto them.
7)High power spindle, long service life, stable operation and strong starting characteristics, high torque, which can provide fast processing and higher efficiency.
8)Good electromechanical design, strictly selected tje electrical parts to minimize machine breakdown.
9)On the machine, all cables use a special highly flexible cable,and reciprocating motion can reach 10 million times.
