Titanium Rolled rings and Forged Titanium RingDaxun produces titanium rolled rings with diameters from 300 to 3500 mm, weights up to 4000 kg and heights up to 800 mm.To ensure that the ring geometry meets the customer's requirements, the product is straightened and sized on a horizontal press.Titanium rings can have rectangular or shaped cross-sections, and the profile can be symmetrical or asymmetrical.Daxun supplies the wind power market with titanium ring devices as well as other titanium ring products for nuclear, coal-fired, renewable energy and combined cycle applications.
Daxun Titanium Rolled rings and Forged Titanium RingDaxun titanium rings are supplied in hot rolled, forged, heat treated and machined forms. After machining, the disks require additional acid etching to ensure a marketable appearance. Titanium seamless rolled rings are used in aerospace, marine and heavy engineering applications.
