1. This machine adopts foreign advance design and automatic controlling systems,combining with the demand of domestic market. It has the advantages of stable performance, high output and low failure rate. The machine selects standard casting iron,steel,the brand electronic appliance,bearing and other components from Germany,Japan and Taiwan.
2. The controlling system of the machine adopts PLC terminal controlling, and sets the parameter by the LCD touch-screen as the man-machine interface. During running, this equipment has designed the indicator of failure and the alarm system of abrasive raw consumption. This manchine is suitable for grinding and polishing large plate of marble or granite. The conveying beer advancing speed and the the cross beam moving speed are controlled by transducers. The pressure of disc and the grinding widt can be adjustable freely within the setting area. The machine can qutomatically identify the shape of plates. Every disc(grinder) can qutomatically life up and down according to the identified shape of plate and tracks recircls the grinding of plates at the same time. This model can shoose six claws flicked grinder or marble disc. The whole machine is produced by standardized production. It's performance reaches the domestic advanced level.
