Paper Egg Tray Production Line Process.1----Pulping System:
Workers feed various waste paper and water materials into the pulping machine, and after about 10~20 minutes of high concentration stirring, the slurry will be automatically transported to the storage tank, then transported by the slurry pump to the mixing tank, mixed to the required concentration of pulp, and transported to the forming machine.
Process.2----Forming System:
Molding machine adsorbs the pulp conveyed by the slurry pump to the hopper of the molding machine onto the molding machine mold, and uses the vacuum system suction to absorb the pulp onto the molding machine mold, sucking excess water into the air water separation tank and pump to the sewage tank, after the mold of the molding machine adsorbs the pulp, it is formed and by then transfer mold, take the formed egg cartons to the drying system.
Process.3----Drying System:
Drying adopts 6-layer metal dryer, use industrial transmission chain driving the mesh plate transmission to run on the drying line, this design low cost, save heat source, and save more than 30% of heat source costs compared to traditional drying.
Process.4----Packing System:
Packing adopts pneumatic pressing to help workers package the egg trays or egg cartons.
