2.The rotor edge peak and end face for surfacing welding wear-resisting carbide, Rotor,ram and mixing chamber, directly contact with the compound of surface are after throwing grinding hard chromium plating(0.1mm),as bright as mirror and wear-resisting corrosion resist ance.
3.Rotor outside contact pressure type non-lubricatedseal structure,the sealing rings made of high quality copper manufacture wear-resisting ,good sealing effect.
4.This machine adopts intelligent control system,equipped with rubber mixing process according to product requirements arbitrary control mode set-ting function, suitable for any different rubber mate-rial or different operators different requirements,product quality and efficiency standards unified. 5.The control system adopts the touch screen (the neces-sary operation buttons and switches outside the PLC man-machine interface are equipped with flat-head button switches) and the programmable controller touch screen can effectively transmit and display the operation of the host, and can also set different pressure and speed according to different rubber materials .Detailed specification:
