Structure and principle
Structure Composition: It is mainly composed of components such as the hammer body, piston, drill rod, accumulator, and oil pipe. Among them, the hammer body is the overall frame. The piston reciprocates inside the hammer body. The drill rod connects the piston and transmits the impact force to the working object. The accumulator is used for storing and releasing energy, and the oil pipe is responsible for transmitting hydraulic oil.
Working Principle: Rely on the hydraulic system of the excavator to provide power. Hydraulic oil enters the cylinder of the breaking hammer and pushes the piston to do high-speed reciprocating motion. When the piston moves forward, it impacts the drill rod at an extremely high speed, making the drill rod generate a strong impact force, thereby breaking hard objects such as rocks and concrete. The return stroke of the piston is realized by the pressure of hydraulic oil and the action of the accumulator. In this way, it cycles back and forth to achieve continuous crushing operations.
application area
Mining: Used for rock crushing during ore mining. Crush large pieces of ore into smaller blocks to facilitate subsequent transportation and processing.
Road construction: In road construction and renovation projects, it can be used to break up old cement pavements, asphalt pavements, and rock roadbeds, providing a foundation for the laying of new roads.
Building demolition: It can efficiently demolish concrete structures, brick walls, etc. of buildings, achieve rapid demolition operations, and at the same time reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.
Tunnel excavation: In tunnel construction, it is used to break the rocks in the tunnel, widen the tunnel space, and provide convenience for the tunneling.
