Frame materials: P20H (regular), 2738, 718. 4Cr13 are available. It also can be produced according customer''s requirement. The framework is with very high precision. Every formwork is replaceable.
The inserts of mold equipped the specific located pin, which improved productive efficiency.
Inserts usually made of SKD11, SKH51, S136. DC5. Other materials can be use according customer' s requirement.
It is very convenient for replacement because of the standardized size of insertsOur mold has sound structure, stable behavior, which is good for the promoting productive efficiency.
