Coiler machine
The purpose of this machine is to form hoops from flat strips. The end products are formed into light and heavy truck rims. The machine can be either manually fed by an operator or automatically fed using an automatic blank preparation system. After coiling the bands are automatically ejected into a short exit chute.
The coiled hoops feature a short circumferential flat on both sides of the gap permitting the use of flat welder and weld trimmer tooling, while at the same time providing minimal out-of-roundness of the coiled hoopsAs a major wheel rim machinery manufacturer, we supply a variety of equipment, including the coiler machine for the wheel rim production line. This rim machine set consists of the feeder, deburrer, stamper and coiler.

The horizontal coiler machine uses an electrical control system from famous brand, making it safe and reliable.7. The coiler used in the small wheel rim line is able to flatten the welding joint. After it has been formed into a coil, the work piece can be directly conveyed to the butt welding process.8. The coiler can provide automatically and manually feeding function based on customer demand.
