1.Gule roller and roller control is designed to slip into a group of rail disassenmbly,electric adjustment of every plasma unit,optionally core paper spray device.
2.Microcomper control or manual control by the amount of glue,micro computer controls according to different speed,basepaper quality and other factors pre-operation through the touch-screen input parameters,PLC automatically adjust a reasonable amount of glue.Improve board quality.
3.On the corrugating roll and pressure roll down,glue institutions move to pressure control.
4.Surfacer of pasting glue roller,even glue roller,preheating roller and other leading paper rollers adopts grinding,polishing and hard chromed processing.
5.Optional electronic eye tracking devices,automatic roll-off adhesive paper exit.
6.Independent three-axis drive box output,universal joint transmission design,the gear selection of high quality alloy steet heat treatment enhanced the hardness,the use of helical gear design,the tooth suiface by the grinding processing.Main motor variable frequency speed motor used to save energy.
7.Fingerless vacuum absorption without paste.Corrugated roll adopt high quality chrome molybdenum steet making more hardness after heat-treating.
8.Diameter of the corrugated rollers are big and small roller design,both corrugated rollers and two ends bearings all set assembly,quick and convenience.Save repairing time.
