Specialized in handling the turn-mill process with brass, bronze, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and rigid plastic with bars diameter up to φ45 mm or single workpieces up to φ56mm. High Rigidity casting iron body provides the possibility of higher hardness materials and better smoothness (smaller roughness). Multi-functional configuration with 8 position servo turret and 4+4 live tools on the Y axis is a powerful solution for complex multi-task machining.

Features
The machines of the CB series with linear tool changers are particularly suitable for the series machining of smaller workpieces. The shortest tool changing times and reliable functionality guarantee increased productivity.
The inclined bed design ensures good chip flow.
The hydraulic chuck with a through-hole enables fast loading and short non-productive times. A flat-top conveyor and a high-performance coolant system round out the standard equipment.
