Applications
At present, in the process of road and bridge construction, because the production and design of bridges can not be in one place, there is a certain distance between bridge erection and prefabricated beam yard. Bridge transportation is a major problem to be solved by construction units.
The present most commonly used modes of transportation are motor-type rail beam transport flat car and box girder carrier, but these two modes of transportation can not fully meet the actual needs of beam transport.
The prefabricated beam of highway has a large weight and volume, generally at 80T-200T.
Although the gravity center of the electric rail beam transport flat car is low, the operation is relatively stable, and the beam erection process can be completed at the same time. Feeding beams, but the whole journey needs to lay tracks and lines, for long-distance (more than 1 km) bridge transportation, the cost of track laying is too high.
While the box girder carrier can satisfy long-distance beam transportation, but can not complete the process of beam feeding, after the box girder carrier transports beams to the bridge erection position, it needs to add a pair of beam-shifting portal frames, from beam-shifting portal frame to electric track. After the flat car, the beam can be fed.
